Still Confused but Still Want To Be Better

Here I am still confused about Vector and Vexel and I can't understand the difference between Vector and Vexel and I really don't know how to make them.

But I hope I can keep my spirit in my mind and in my heart so I can survive and be better and better in graphic design.
